Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) mr8 account. This restriction covers accounts registered using the same name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, or device. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the freezing of all balances therein.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your MR8 account login credentials. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login details with anyone, and ensuring no one else has access to your account. MR8 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
Mr8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of your ID, proof of address, and bank statements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account freeze until the KYC process is completed.
Any account showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. MR8 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of RM10 or the account balance (whichever is lower) on inactive accounts after that period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

The mr8 platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any deposits made in other currencies will be automatically converted using the current exchange rate set by our payment processor at the time of the transaction.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days once all requirements are met. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the mr8 finance team.
